Old Fangak (Fangak County): On May 3, aerial bombings destroyed the only functioning hospital and pharmacy, killing at least seven people and injuring 20. Subsequent drone strikes targeted the local market, causing mass panic and civilian displacement.

Juba and Surrounding Areas: Tensions have escalated in and around the capital, Juba, following the arrest of First Vice President Riek Machar in late March. This has led to increased clashes between government forces and opposition groups, raising fears of renewed civil war.
Ulang (Ulang County): In April, the SSPDF withdrew from Ulang after a three-day occupation marked by civilian killings and looting. An airstrike on April 13 killed two women and a child.
Nasir (Nasir County): Between March and April, clashes between the South Sudan People's Defence Forces (SSPDF) and the Nuer White Army resulted in over 50,000 people being displaced. The SSPDF eventually evacuated the town, and airstrikes were conducted in the area.
Longechuk (Longechuk County): On March 16, improvised incendiary weapons were dropped on Mathiang village, killing at least 21 people and burning homes.
Mayom (Mayom County): Mayom has been a site of previous extrajudicial killings and remains a region of concern.
